The original poster described the turnaround in a comment: "It hurts to think about how scared and lonely he must have been. I'm so so grateful that someone found him and took the time to catch him and get him help. He's such a happy boy now. Living his best life — snuggling into my neck and tormenting his sister. He will never know cruelty again."
Another user also celebrated the cat's recovery, writing: "You can really tell how happy and content he is. You clearly give him a wonderful home."
