The forest service in the Indian state of Telangana issued a safety advisory to multiple communities following the sighting of a tiger.

As the Deccan Chronicle reported, a young boy saw the tiger while fishing. Officials didn't find evidence of the animal in the immediate area, but they later discovered footprints and signs of movement in a nearby forest.
The sighting prompted officials to warn residents across the region not to travel alone in wooded areas, farm fields, or other isolated places, especially at dawn and dusk.
