When another person asked whether the clip was authentic, the OP replied, "It's 100% real unfortunately."
Many comments talked about how intrusive the ad felt in a place people associate with relaxing and being present.
"The whole beach made me very uncomfortable… barges with giant screens driving up and down rolling ads for all kinds of s***," one commenter wrote.
"We're about to enter the cyberpunk era where skies and buildings are covered with signs, projections, and holograms of ads aren't we?" another person asked.
A third Redditor simply said, "Dystopian."
