Qualifying high-efficiency heating and cooling upgrades are eligible for rebates ranging from $200 to $1,650 through the Electrical Association of Philadelphia's seasonal program, according to CityBuzz.
To get the incentive, homeowners must sign between August 3 and November 13, 2026, complete installation by November 27, and submit claims by December 4.
Rebate amounts vary by equipment type. Central air systems can qualify for $500 to $1,200, while ductless mini-splits can receive $250 for one zone or $200 for each zone in multi-zone setups. Heat pumps offer the highest incentives, including $500 for Tier 1 and $1,400 for Tier 3, plus an additional $250 for eligible dual-fuel or hybrid installations.

The program applies only to full-system jobs handled by participating EAP contractors, so partial replacements and retail purchases do not qualify.
