Another user wrote, "NY State Thruway has fast chargers at every rest stop service center now. … A few of the welcome centers do have playgrounds and fast charging as well." A third commenter suggested: "Rather than search for playgrounds, look for them near a McDonald's or a Chick-fil-A. Those usually have indoor playgrounds."
For many households, the convenience of having chargers near playgrounds would make EV ownership more appealing, especially on long drives, when charging logistics can shape the entire trip.
