"The black plastic cap facing you on the left hand fitting with the blue valve needs to come off, then you attach the end of the copper 'bridge pipe' which is currently floating in the air. When both ends of that copper pipe are connected, open one blue valve fully, then open the second slowly. Once at the right pressure, close both blue valves, disconnect the 'bridge pipe,' and reinstate the black cap on the left valve," they wrote.
