A homeowner expecting a straightforward Tesla Powerwall 3 installation instead got a surprise change order, a dispute over which circuits would be backed up, and an unfinished job.

By the time the crew left, the installation was still incomplete, with the gateway and batteries mounted but the rest of the work unfinished.
"So, was supposed to be completed today, partially done and have to wait 5 days for them to finish," the poster wrote.

They summed up the experience this way: "Gotta say, Tesla seems like they have a huge disconnect between the project team and the installers."
