An adorable tiny kitten left alone in the rain in Queens, New York, is getting a second chance after one family refused to leave it behind.
Content creator @themisschina said in a TikTok video that she, her sister, and their mother rescued and brought a kitten that was just 2 weeks old indoors.
What happened?
The short clip shows the kitten, who was picked up off the street and carried to safety, resting on a warm blanket and being fed formula. In the caption, the creator explained: "This kitten is two weeks old and was rescued by my sister and me in the rain today."

Because the kitten was only around 2 weeks old, regular feeding and warmth are important at this stage in life. The creator said the mother cat still had other kittens, but this one was left behind.
They named the kitten Cream, and the family is also considering whether Haru, their black cat, might "be an adoptive mother to this kitten."
