Comedian and content creator Christian Hull sought help after unexpectedly finding a snake inside his home. Luckily for Hull, his neighbor came to the rescue.

Here's what to know

Hull shared the encounter in a TikTok post, showing the reptile indoors and Robin helping get it out. "Here is the full video of the snake in my house and my amazing neighbor Robin saving my life yet again. To be fair, the snake was kinda cute!" Hull wrote in the caption.

The snake looked to be about two feet long, skinny, and yellowish. The video starts with Hull panicking, explaining that he was at his desk when he noticed the snake behind his computer.

He then goes outside and eventually gets the attention of his neighbor, Robin.

Robin used a broom to get the snake out and took it to some trees near Hull's house.

More background

The snake's species was not identified, and there is no indication that Hull faced a life-threatening situation, even though his very dramatic reaction indicated that his life was on the line. His description of Robin "saving my life" was a hilarious addition to his act, however.

To some viewers, the unexpected houseguest seemed less alarmed than Hull. One commenter imagined the snake's own confusion. "Oh, he's literally looking at you like, 'Is it behind me?'" they wrote.

Other viewers pointed to an open door as a possible explanation for the visit. "Why is the door open?? Shut the door!!" one commenter wrote, echoing another viewer's concern.
