Before the modem connection dropped, the owner noticed that power appeared to be coming only from one of the panels.
The original poster wrote, "I have set max 2 to my cottage and it was working well. There are also 2 panels on it. I connected the refrigerator and modem through it. Suddenly, lost the connection with [the] modem. But before that I was checking the battery but noticed that only one panel generating power. The other was zero. What might have happened?"
A reply pointed first to a simple possibility: that the battery might have just run down. The same commenter also mentioned reports of AC output switching off when the unit reaches full charge, adding, "Most likely, the battery simply depleted."
The owner returned with a far less serious explanation, writing, "I think I solved the problem. I have connected a camera to USB port. But it is connected to my neighbors wifi. A was surprised to see it was working. I must have [turned] off the AC instead of USB port."
